Co-Founder & Director of Client Success

With extensive experience in leadership, operations, event management, and customer service, Elaine is passionate about creating exceptional client experiences and helping businesses feel supported throughout their compliance journey. 
  • Throughout her career, Elaine has led teams, managed complex operations, and coordinated high-level client services in fast-paced environments where communication, organization, and attention to detail are essential. Her ability to develop strong relationships, understand client needs, and deliver personalized support allows her to serve as a trusted resource for organizations seeking practical guidance and long-term solutions. 
  • As Co-Founder of Confluence Culture, Elaine helps shape the company's vision, growth strategy, and client engagement approach. She works closely with organizations to ensure clients receive responsive support, meaningful communication, and a positive experience from the first conversation through ongoing partnership.
  • Elaine believes that strong relationships are the foundation of every successful business. Her client-first mindset, commitment to service excellence, and ability to connect with people make her an integral part of Confluence Culture's mission to help businesses build stronger workplaces, reduce risk, and achieve sustainable success.
  • In addition to her professional experience, Elaine is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting through Colorado State University Global, demonstrating her commitment to continued education and professional growth.

Co-Founder & Principal Consultant

  • Christopher Sheely is the Co-Founder and Principal Consultant of Confluence Culture, bringing expertise in Human Resources, Payroll Administration, DOT/FMCSA Compliance, and operational leadership. He is passionate about helping organizations navigate complex compliance requirements, reduce risk, and build strong workplace cultures that support long-term success.
  • Throughout his career, Christopher has worked across human resources, payroll management, employee relations, training and development, and business operations. His experience has provided him with a practical understanding of the challenges business owners face and the importance of balancing compliance, efficiency, and organizational growth. 
  • As Co-Founder of Confluence Culture, Christopher works closely with organizations to develop compliance-focused solutions that are both effective and sustainable. His areas of expertise include HR compliance, employee relations, workplace investigations, payroll administration, policy development, safety programs, and DOT/FMCSA regulatory compliance. He believes that businesses of all sizes deserve access to knowledgeable guidance that helps them avoid costly mistakes and operate with confidence.
